Plastic Section
In this section we produce required size of PET bottles from perform and the perform is also produced from the PET Chips or Resin.
Mixing and preparation section:
Our mixing and preparation section is fully automated and in compliance with CIP (Cleaning in Place). Sugar syrup preparation, beverage blending and other related process done with touch-free and in completely clean environment.
Rinsing, Filling and Capping Section:
In this section the juice and beverage come to the filling machine from the mixing tank via Pasteurizer, heat exchanger, chiller and other machines for automatic filling and capping.
Labeling and packing section
We have in our line auto labeling and auto packing with wrapper. These automatic line help quick processing without touching human hand and thus ensuring hygiene.
