TFP Solutions (Bangladesh) Ltd was formed as the joint venture of TFP Solution Berhad, a public listed company of Malaysia. Later on, the company has been taken over by the Bangladeshi partner after completion of the agreed project.

The Company has invested in a number of projects including Sheraton Dhaka, Hyatt Place, Westin Serviced Apartments which will be launched successively over the next 2-3 years. Meanwhile, an agreement has been signed with World Trade Center to build a multi-purpose huge complex on company’s own land in Gulshan—the capital’s most posh neighborhood.
